The only positive thing is the location otherwise everything else is just negative.

Basically, I am warning all people who are thinking to book in this place. It is a pure scam and what you see in the photos has nothing to do with what you get. First of all it took me more than an hour to find the place, knowing that in the map they made it so simple, and it is not the reality. Second they made me wait half an hour with my child in the street, they have reception or anything like what you might think of a serviced flats. When they led me to my place, I was shocked!!! It was basically a horrible room in a horrible dirty old flat that smells gas leak. The room was sooo hot with no AC, so to hide this reality, they left the window wiiiide open with the curtains on, and a clumsy small bed for my child stuck to the wall by this window, my child went straight away to the window and I swear half of her body was outside the window. So safety and security ZERO , first gas leak second wide window left open by the child bed. The tv was not working, the mattress was so uncomfortable and when u sit on it you sink. When you open the shower it s is either boiling or cold, and it was leaking. They put the main flat heather in our room so anytime someone opens the tab water , you hear a terrible noise. The extra child bed broke in pieced in few minutes. We paid for the Internet and it was on and off all the time. There is no sound insulations, so people comes late at night you hear them as if they were in your room. And the best of the best, when I called them to complain, they said we will give you refund after you leave us positive feedback, imagine that?? Also, don t trust the positive feedbacks left for this place I think they create fake accounts to leave 10/10 feedback to make the balance otherwise, the general feedback after what the people has experienced in this horrible place for crazy prices is going to be maybe 3/10. That taught me a lesson, before I book I must check the feedback first.

    The location is very good

The apartment was uncomfortable. there were maintenance men working near the window. the T.V. was not working and the water temperature was not good. It was not the same as what I have seen in the website. the furniture is old and different than what is shown in the site. I have stayed for one night and left the apartment. I told the apartment staff that I need a refund since I have stayed only for one night. But I still did not receive a refund. They told me that they will contact me to solve the issue but no one is responding now. It seems that they are wasting time only without returning my money

Staff wer not available for faults. Apartment was cold lack of heating. No windows in the apartment. Lights did not work properly. Staff wanted credit card details and no machine in vacinity. staff wanted information contrary to Data Protection Act. The information asked for was very suspicious. Recommendation DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY

It is very close to the Marble Arch Metro and it is just at the corner for shopping on the Oxford Street.

it is very hard to find out where the apartment is and the check in time can only start at 3pm.

Situated close to Oxford Street and convenient for local amenities.

It is very basic. The website photos do not reflect the room I was allocated. If I was "picky" I would complain but at £85 the comparative cost to other local places was a BARGAIN. Finding the appartments was OK as long as you have the directions sent by the operator. The dark, no through road side street could be a concern but was in fact OK. Waiting for the concierge to meet at the door after phoning to alert them was a minor inconvenience and if you want a 24/7 reception don't go here!

Before the travel I checked the comments about this hotel and I was frightened regarding the quality of the hotel. After the stay I would like to clarify some things: The hotel has addressed all the issues related with its location and sent an email with all the details regarding the exact location in order to find it easily.Once I was in the hotel I checked almost every room and the rooms were the same shown by pictures in Booked.net. The staff were very kind and available at any time to provide a high quality service. I travel with my wife and 2 kids and to be honest we were 100% comfortable. The apartments had an incredible location (just 200 meters away fom Oxford street) and at the same time were located in a very quiet street. The rooms were very clean (blankets with beatiful perfum) and the hot water worked perfectly. The price was cheap. I fully recommend this hotel and encourage all of you to face your travells with good vibes and hopes. Things are good or bad depending on how you face your life every day. Be positive.

Everything was perfect. ( specially the staff)

Excellent private bathroom although we had to go across a passage & unlock it. Kitchen facilities The room was good.

It is extremely difficult to find. We had to ring them & they came & found us. The fridge in the kitchen didn't work.

The only thing that was good about this stay was the relatively central location

Everything - where do I start!? No hot water on arrival and had to take an ice cold shower! No temperature control for the central heating - had to continuously have the windows open due to the excessive heat - still far too hot! When I was away attending business meetings in the City, my wife was continuously pestered by a young teenager that wanted to enter our room to use the toilet!!?? He didn't speak any English either! The TV remote did not work The general decor was dated The security of the room door itself was extremely questionable - the lock was so loose you could still see into the room through the gap when locked! An absolutely terrible experience and although the 'customer service' person made many promises about rectifying the situation - this was never done and ultimately ignored even after numerous reminders!!!! Absolutely shocking!!!

The description said it was an apartment. It was only a bedroom. The description said it was stylish; it was not. The decor was minimalist and poor. There was no writing desk or desk-chair. The towels and sheets were of poor quality. The heater in the bathroom was continuously on and noisy. The window in the bathroom was draughty even when closed. The floor was shiny and dangerous. The shower did not work well. The decorative finish in the bathroom was crude. There was no catch on the door; it had to be locked to close it. One lightbulb was missing. The quilt was unlaundered. The internet was intermittent. All in all - a very poor quality for the price and, as a long term customer of Booked.net.co.uk or Booked.net, I am very unimpressed.

Overall it was very disappointing (see comments below)

When we arrived I thought it was an Apartment we had booked. But what we discovered was a basis double room with a camper bed. We did have an adjoining toilet off the room but the kitchen was on the landing and there was no living area. What was advertised as Cuimberland Apartments should be advertised as Cumberland Rooms. I did ask the girl that was there and she said they had Apartments but we booked a double room. We understood from the Website it was a double bedroom within an Apartment. that we were booking. The heat was overpowering abnd it could not be adjusted which meant we could not sleep properly. The door of the room was not very secure.

Location was perfect, the small apartment/room was ok. Kitchen we shared with other was ok .

There were no cleaning !!!!!!!! We didn't Get any new towels and we stayed for 4 nights..... There was no one to Ask either.. I think thats strange . It was a place were u Are left on your own and that's fine. BUT no cleaning og towels in 4 days....?? I would like to come back because of the location, but then i sure hope cleaning is better!
